Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love your new items, but we understand sometimes things just don't work out. But we have a solution! We do offer returns within a 10-day window for store credit only. 

Item(s) MUST be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. Anything returned after this allotted time will not be eligible for return. No exceptions.

Returned items must be in original condition to be exchanged for store credit. All item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odor as well as free of make up or deodorant stains.

If you are looking for a different size you can use your store credit to purchase a new size if the item is in stock. 

Keep in mind that all items marked final sale are exempt from return and are final sale. 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

We try to make it pretty easy. Follow the steps below and you'll be all set!

  • Send us an email to info@shopmintdaisy.com to let us know why you would like to return your item. We will let you know if it is eligible for return. We will also provide you with a shipping address to return your item.
  • Package your item(s), the original packaging slip and the email conformation stating we are willing to return your item for store credit. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Mint Daisy does not cover return shipping costs.
  • Please use a carrier which provides a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Once you have shipped the package, please email us the tracking number so we can keep up with it.
  • Once we have your item, we will send you an e-gift card for your store credit. Now you can pick something else perfect for you!
WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Yikes! Is something wrong? We want to fix it!

  • If it looks like your item(s) was damaged in shipping, please contact the shipping company directly. Mint Daisy cannot take responsibility for carrier damage. 
  • If your package arrived in pristine condition, but there is something damaged on your item(s) you have three days from receiving your item(s) to notify us. Please send your order number, a photo, and a description of the damage to info@shopmintdaisy.com. Any notification after three days will not be eligible for return.
